Senior Account Manager

Reports to: SVP of Sales

Supports: Post-sales customer growth, renewals, and expansion

Evolv AI is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Go-To-Market team and deliver world-class solutions to our global client base. Through AI-driven experimentation, personalization, and advanced marketing technology, we enable our customers to continuously find better ways to connect with their users and achieve a better ROI.

The Senior Account Manager will focus on driving customer success, identifying and closing upsell opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships to support renewals and account expansion. This role combines strategic, consultative, and sales-oriented responsibilities to contribute directly to Evolv AI’s growth.

 

Job Scope:

  • Enterprise/Growth Accounts
    • Drive strategic discovery and relationship-building efforts to create new expansion opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior-level executives, to develop meaningful partnerships beyond the initial scope of work.
    • Collaborate with the platform development team to identify and prioritize features that drive additional value and support upselling opportunities.
  • Renewals and Expansions:
    • Own the renewal pipeline and provide accurate and timely forecasts to ensure revenue retention and growth.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling education, expert services, and additional SaaS solutions.
    • Actively prospect within the assigned client base to generate new sales opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to close deals.
  • Customer Success:
    • Manage onboarding, training, and regular communications, including QBRs and other scheduled client meetings.
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor account health and align on strategic objectives.
    • Handle ticket creation through tools like JIRA and Zendesk.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Develop and deliver compelling ROI presentations and case studies to demonstrate the value of Evolv AI solutions.
    • Conduct platform demos and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Evolv AI product and its integration points.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively providing industry-specific insights and recommendations tailored to each customer’s business goals.

 

Experience and Skillset

  • Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise accounts, with 5+ years of client-facing experience in a SaaS or conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency environment.
  • Strong consultative and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
  • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated expertise in interpreting analytics and utilizing statistical best practices (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, SEO, social, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot and a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to drive results.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing customer needs with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with our global professional services team to transition effectively from sales to in-life services post-contract signature. 
  • Other projects and duties as needed to achieve company goals.

Key Success Metrics:

  • Meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets within the assigned client portfolio.
  • Driving customer advocacy and satisfaction by ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Supporting enterprise adoption of AI-driven solutions to achieve measurable improvements in business metrics, including revenue and conversion rates.

Candidates must be located in the USA.

The Salary Range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000 per year plus equity and benefits.

Evolv's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Evolv expects to hire for this position at or near the middle of the range. Only in rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would Evolv consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range. Please note that the compensation details in the range provided reflect base salary and variable compensation, and does not include equity, or benefits.
