Job description 

To support our Finance division, we are seeking a meticulous and energetic individual for the position of Accounts Executive. Our company is based in Singapore. 

The role will be home based. You may work from anywhere in Malaysia, during Singapore working hours Mondays to Fridays. 

The role will be responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping duties for the Group Companies and our Fund Portfolio. 

  • Accounts 
  • Billing 
  • Monthly accounts in accounting system Autocount 
  • Monthly data entry - Fund accounts 
  • Quarterly/annual data entry for regulatory reporting and board meetings 
  • Communication with banks on account maintenance matters 
  • Maintenance of online accounts and invoices filing 
  • Cash book updates 
  • Annual renewal forms - insurance, internet, storage etc

The Candidate we are looking for 

  • has a Degree/working experience in Accountancy 
  • is Independent, pro-active and pays attention to details 
  • has Good written English and grammar 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office o Experience in Autocount software would be a plus
