Role Overview:

We are looking for a freelance Business Development Consultant (100% Remote) on a completely Commission-Based remuneration structure. This role involves generating new business within the Renewable Energy, IT, and Oil & Gas industries, and exploring opportunities in other sectors. The ideal candidate will have a robust network of connections, particularly with reputable companies and MNCs, to drive business and client acquisition.

Opportunity:

There is also an opportunity for permanent employment with monthly retainer if candidate performs exceptionally well, exceeds expectations and drives consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential leads using your network connections and available online tools if and when provided by the employer to convert those leads into clients.
  • Pitch & Present: Present Sperton’s recruitment and consulting services effectively to potential clients.
  • Deal Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Onboard new clients, ensure high-quality service, and build long-term relationships.
  • Business Growth: Expand client base and drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely service delivery and successful placements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • KPI-Driven Performance: Meet or exceed KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion.
  • Reporting: This position will directly report to Resident Director, Pakistan. Successful candidate will provide regular updates on business development activities to the Resident Director.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in HR services or recruitment.
  • A strong network within MNCs, especially in Renewable Energy, IT, and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive business growth, and earn attractive commissions.
