Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us for the role of Recruitment Consultant (Fixed Term).

In this role, you will be specializing in sourcing and headhunting to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and attracting talent for our Branch Banking requirements, ensuring we build a strong and capable workforce.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates and assess market availability.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational culture.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
