About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed 🚀

We’re looking for an Inbound Account Executive to be a customer champion by helping new customers get started and crafting personalised plans that fit their needs. As a Revolut Business expert, you’ll know our products and features inside and out to recommend solutions and deliver a WOW experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging with prospective customers who have initiated the account setup process and guiding them through account activation

  • Identifying customer requirements and conveying the unique value of Revolut Business through a solutions-based sales approach

  • Driving growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customers are taking advantage of relevant features available to them

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets aligned with the Customer Success team KPIs

What you'll need

  • Fluency in French and English

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships, prioritising effectively

  • Excellent communication skills with solid phone and email skills and concise messaging articulation

  • A deep understanding of Revolut’s B2B product offerings

  • Desire to be a subject matter expert to help new customers get started using Revolut Business

  • An analytical mindset capable of identifying patterns and trends within customer interactions

  • Creativity to use market research to understand what customers have the highest potential

  • To be customer-focused with the ability to patiently walk customers through the sign-up process and early account stages

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to understand a business' potential, negotiating where needed to acquire new customers

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other languages

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or similar commercial environment
