Your role in helping us shape the future:

U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. As a Customer Success Manager in our Real Estate Vertical, you will be responsible for introducing our new Real Estate products and services to potential customers, as well as work closely with cross-functional teams at U.S. News to help grow and scale all Real Estate products.

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Introduce our products and services (current and new) to potential customers. Onboard new customers as needed.
  • Answer customer questions and support them on best practices for using our products
  • Develop content and tools to help customers find the answers they need
  • Review customer data and communicate with both U.S. News and customers, as needed, to keep our products up to date with all needed information
  • Work closely with finance on all needed invoicing and payments, streamlining the process as needed.
  • Provide reports on product performance, as well as customer communication to help better the products over time.


You should definitely have:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated success with customer service
  • Deep passion for understanding and improving products and user experiences


It would be nice if you had:

  • Experience in the digital media industry
  • Experience with CRMs and CMSs (specifically WordPress)
  • Experience with consumer-facing websites
  • Real Estate experience of any kind is a big plus

  • The anticipated base salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
