Provide regular updates on open house events and relevant figures.
Check and share PropNex backend research for data-driven decision-making.
Viewing Coordination and Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive viewing fact-sheets for property showings.
Update accounts and invoices related to property transactions.
Client Updates and Relationship Management:
Conduct regular market comparisons to keep clients informed.
Maintain and update a shared Excel folder for client information.
Facilitate property viewings and ensure details are communicated to property agents
Manage client gifts for birthdays and events through coordination with vendors
Sales Process:
Utilize Privyr (CRM Tool) to check leads and streamline client interactions.
Collaborate with sales advisors to provide sales assistance.
Work with the marketing admin to create effective marketing plans for potential clients.
Internal Processes:
Manage accurate and up-to-date property information for valid owners.
Handle back-end operations using existing checklists to ensure smooth processes.
Exclusive Listings Preparation:
Prepare necessary documents, agreement letters, and coordinate media coverage for exclusive property listings.
Collaborate with vendors for property tours to enhance listing visibility.
Financial and People Management:
Submit daily and weekly receipts to the accountant.
Perform monthly reconciliation in Excel to ensure financial accuracy.
Process payslips for both internal and external vendors.
Manage the tabulation of leave records for team members.
Operations and Client Figures Updates:
Provide weekly updates on operations and client figures to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 1 year of practical experience or internship in a role with similar responsibilities.
Exhibit a proficient command of both written and spoken English
Demonstrate approachability and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
Mandatory ownership of a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Showcase robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortably adapt to a fully remote work environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
Capable of working independently with resilience and a commitment to maintaining high integrity.
People-oriented with enthusiasm for engaging in cold calling, sales, and operational efficiency.
Benefits
Remote Working Flexibility
The employee by default works remotely, subject to the nature and requirements of their role. It's important to note that certain tasks, such as participation in events or activities requiring physical presence, must be fulfilled on-site.
13th Month Salary
A guaranteed 13th-month salary paid in January, with the amount prorated for employment less than 12 months.
Medical, Dental, and Optical Allowance
An annual medical allowance of up to RM 500 for treatment and medicine.
An annual dental and optical allowance of up to RM 500 for treatment (excluding aesthetic purposes).
Discretionary Benefits
The employee may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance, granted at the Company's sole discretion.

Public Holidays & Off-In-Lieu
The employee will observe public holidays as per Kuala Lumpur National Holidays. If required to work on a public holiday, Malaysian employees are entitled to Off-In-Lieu.
Annual Leave
Upon confirmation, the employee is entitled to 14 days of annual leave per calendar year, with proration as necessary.
For each full year of service, the employee is entitled to an additional day of annual leave.
Unused Annual Leave: With the Company's approval, the employee may either roll over up to 50% of unutilized annual leave to the next year (max 21 days) or opt for cash-in-lieu.
Medical and Compassionate Leave
The employee is entitled to 14 days of medical leave and 3 days of compassionate leave per calendar year upon confirmation."
