Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to cover the south central (TX/CO) area of the United States for Essemtec, a division of Nano Dimension, a publicly traded company. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your ability to sell our products in the SMT and pick and place industry.

Position purpose

  • The primary responsibility is to develop a substantial and perennial business growth in the assigned territory through direct sales activities. It will require one to lead, manage, develop, and leverage all sales functions in the assigned Sales Area in alignment with the company strategy and policies.

 Main Responsibility

  • Accountable to achieve the yearly sales objectives in the assigned Sales Area.
  • Recommend a sales plan to achieve the sales objectives as well as to develop globally the business potential of the Sales Area.
  • Build up and maintain excellent business relations with existing customers to secure high retention rate and satisfaction. Service their needs and initiate any necessary actions to support this goal.

 Main tasks

  • Build up continuously the pipeline with new sales opportunities from new prospects and suspects to nurture future business growth.
  • Visit leads, prospects, and customers on a very regular basis.
  • Secure a clear visibility of the company to potential prospects and suspects.
  • Report weekly on projects forecast through CRM update and calls with Director.
  • Organize and secure equipment demonstrations for potential customers in one of the company demonstrations centers.
  • Recommend specific marketing initiatives in the assigned Sales Area (trade shows, Open house, e-mail blast, conferences, …).
  • Manage overall the “leads-to-orders” process through the company CRM policies, including possible leads qualification, opportunity scoping, quotes production, quote strategy, negotiation, closing and clean-booking.
  • Maintain a high standard in the data quality in the CRM (up-to-date, accurate, …).
  • Attend national and regional exhibitions as well as seminars and sales meeting.
  • Secure a good teamwork with all stakeholders within the company in USA.

 Secondary tasks

  • Collect any intelligence on competition from the Sales Area.
  • Collect any intelligence on market trends from the Sales Area.
  • Propose any improvements on the go-to-market strategy.
  • Escalate any issues which require attention.
