Join the dynamic team at BlackStone eIT as a Receptionist, where you will be the face of our company, providing essential support and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve managing front-desk operations, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering a positive atmosphere in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for office staff.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Support office management by maintaining supplies and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate and assist with company events and meetings as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative support are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
