🌟 We’re on the lookout for a creative soul to join our People Team at Droids On Roids as an Employer Branding & Culture Specialist! 🌟


🌟 We are the close-knit team of 4: Natalia (Head of People), Marta (Talent Acquisition Specialist), Beata (Talent Acquisition Specialist) & Angie (Employer Branding Digital Marketing Specialist). We support our 80+ Droids On Roids team on a daily basis and make sure each and everyone experience at the workplace is aligned with their personal growth. We champion grassroots initiatives and run recruitment processes with purpose.

Requirements

πŸ’Ό What you'll do:

⚑️ Employer Branding

  • Shape and maintain a consistent employer image across all platforms
  • Create and implement our Employer Branding strategy to attract top talents
  • Collaborate with external job board partners, including managing relationships, advertising packages, and budgets
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative digital solutions

πŸŽ‰ Events & Culture

  • Plan and run events like integrations, meetups, growth events, bootcamps, and grassroots initiatives
  • Support employee-driven initiatives and integration activities

πŸ“£ Recruitment Marketing

  • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) with a focus on recruitment and EB
  • Optimize our careers page and external job postings
  • Manage and analyze advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Collaborate with external job board partners, including managing relationships, advertising packages, and budgets

🎯 Person who we’re looking for:
  • Experienced in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing (ideally in the IT industry)
  • Experienced in content creation for digital and employer branding purposes
  • A doer - someone goal-oriented, action-driven, and hands-on
  • Creative, proactive, and confident in communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environment
  • Enthusiastic about workplace culture and employee experience
  • As a bonus: has some knowledge of Meta Ads Manager/ LinkedIn Campaign Manager/ Google Analytics/ SEO basics/ Social Media management tools

SALARY:

60 - 72 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

8000 - 10 000 PLN/gross (UoP)
