About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded Employer Branding Specialist to lead and execute across the full spectrum of company communications and employer brand initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and loves wearing multiple hats — from crafting compelling content and managing digital channels to championing the employee experience and telling authentic team stories.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, delivery, HR, and recruitment teams to bring our brand to life across channels and audiences.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Communications
  • Maintain, manage and continuously improve the company website, case studies, social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and other digital touchpoints for consistency, credibility, and conversion.

  • Work closely with core team to identify marketing opportunities and support business development with pitch decks, one-pagers, and campaigns.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest optimizations.

Employer Brand
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand aligned with the company’s values and culture.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of internal communication campaigns (events, updates, milestones, all hands etc.).

  • Manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job boards.

  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to create candidate-centric content (team spotlights, hiring campaigns, referral program promotions, etc.).

  • Plan, organize, and promote culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen team connection and company values

Content Creation & Coordination
  • Write and edit content including blog posts, newsletters, interviews, and team announcements.

  • Source and manage creative assets (designers, photographers, video editors) as needed.

  • Ensure brand tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all materials.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding (agency or in-house). Experience working in IT, tech, or outstaffing/outsourcing companies will be a plus.

  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content.

  • Experience managing social media, basic design tools (Figma, Canva), and CMS platforms (like Editor X, WordPress).

  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling multiple projects at once.

  • A genuine interest in company culture, employee experience, and the tech ecosystem.

  • English B2+
