Job description

Our client — a fast-growing, EU-licensed Electronic Money Institution — is redefining how personal, business, and merchant banking is done by offering seamless, fully online financial services across the EU. With strong presence in the FinTech space, they are now looking to expand their internal team with a Senior Recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, including product, engineering, and operations;
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build effective, role-specific sourcing strategies;
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms, and inbound channels;
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across key EU markets, especially in digital payments and banking services;
  • Run structured, transparent interview processes and deliver a seamless candidate experience;
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline conversion;
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through content and visibility across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in digital-first or regulated financial environments;
  • Proven ability to recruit across Lithuania and the broader EU region;
  • Advanced sourcing skills — confident with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outreach strategies;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for building great teams;
  • Interest in the evolving landscape of digital finance and hiring technologies;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
