- Perform hands-on tests in a workshop environment of the documentation.
- Control the status of open tickets, understand the situation and search if the solution is included in any document. Propose wording and first draft.
- Review training documentation, correct typos and provide fresh feedback to fill gaps to improve it and complete it.
- Modify an update any technical document.
- Review and check rework documentation. Help to improve of summarize.
- Update the knowledge base.
- Support remotely to onsite engineers guiding them to find the proper documentation.
- Support remotely to onsite and remote engineers through the messaging platform to retrieve the required information and guide them through the debugging instructions of known issues.
