Join our Global HSE & Business Management System team! As our new Student Project Coordinator you will contribute to Hempel with a main responsibility of supporting these teams in close corporation with the local supervisors.

You will be joining a dedicated team mainly based in Denmark and your average working hours will be between 10-15 hours per week (on a flexible basis) to accommodate both your study commitments and the needs of your role, working within the Global HSE & BMS function

As our new Student Project Coordinator you will be an important part of the team, taking part in the daily operations. You main tasks will be to:

  • Support the teams in daily maintenance of our environmental compliance & management systems

  • Assist colleagues in reviewing global operational compliance

  • Review documentation relating to both business processes and regulatory requirements

  • Liaise with other relevant departments including the Research & Development, Sustainability, Procurement teams assisting the core team to review environmental requirements

  • Support the core teams to develop the required documentation

As our ideal candidate you have experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones. You are well structured and organized as well as a team player since the tasks of this role will be cross-functional. It will require the ability to organize and lead work group meetings, both face-to-face as well as online. You have a can-do attitude and the drive to instill confidence in the business with good leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
