Join a global marketing operations team – own budgeting, forecasting, and analytics supporting top creatives in a fully remote role


Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a remote Business Planning Project Manager for our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry. We are seeking candidates with 4–6 years of experience with financial operations, budget tracking, and project management. Join a creative operations team and contribute to global marketing initiatives supporting top-tier creatives, freelancers, and agencies.   • Budget planning and forecasting: Work with the Business Planning team and Global Campaigns Creative Accounts Lead to generate budgets and forecasts for marketing projects and capacity planning for internal/external creative resources
  • Reporting and analytics: Generate detailed and summary reports of project and vendor spend for marketing projects, reviewing historical and current burn rates for business segments (gaming, consumer, and commercial)
  • Workfront project data analysis: Partner with the Global Campaigns Creative Accounts Lead to identify trends and insights from Workfront data to influence operational and strategic decision-making
  • Finance tactical operations: Work with creative teams to secure vendor quotes, review and approve against scope; generate and manage NDAs, SOWs, POs, invoices, and timesheets
  • Department support: Support the Global Creative Accounts team hosting brand review meetings with leadership, managing software licenses, and other finance and operations needs


HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE

  • 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, financial operations, or business planning
  • Roles specifically responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reconciling financial data
  • Background in accounting, supply chain, or marketing operations
  • Experience in stakeholder management across various groups and financial teams
  • Prior experience in enterprise work environments or managing multiple vendors and freelancers
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with large volumes of data
  • Familiarity with creative services, procurement processes, and cross-functional alignment a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (finance/accounting)


SKILLS

  • Strong Excel skills including managing large sets of numbers and formulas for financial modeling and spend tracking
  • Experience with Workfront and other enterprise work management (EWM) software such as Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike, Clickup, etc.
  • File management tools such as Microsoft Teams, shared drives, and version-controlled Excel trackers
  • Experience creating visual reports (charts, tables, summaries for leadership)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret project management data to generate actionable insights for business planning and operational improvement
