Job description

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the software to potential clients.
  3. Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points, and propose appropriate software solutions.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  5. Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
