Job description

Nasdaq Vilnius is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our Analytics business unit function, with an opportunity to grow into other aspects of FP&A such as revenue reporting and analysis.

What will you be doing?
  • Month-end and quarter-end close management and reporting - responsible for accruals, vendor PO/invoice tracking, and reporting of results against budget and forecast

  • Assisting with variance/trend analyses and ad hoc queries from the business, finance leadership, and Corporate FP&A

  • Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process - liaise with Analytics business leads on expense updates and updating forecasts/budgets for latest spend estimates

  • Work closely with Analytics leadership to support expense discipline and resource planning

  • Enable business success by continuously improving Finance-led initiatives around business performance measurement.

  • Support key artifacts that include but not limited to, forecast & LRP analyses, and Monthly Financial Reviews


Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Business Administration or other relevant area

  • Some experience within Finance or Accounting

  • Experience with Workday and OneStream preferred, but not required

  • Experience within financial planning and analysis preferred

  • Working proficiency in English

Monthly salary: from 2400 to 2800 (Before Taxes). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
