As EMEA HR Administration Specialist, you will take ownership of the administrative side of the employee life cycle in France. You will also provide your expertise and support to various stakeholders such as HR business partners, recruitment and payroll.

This role is part of American Express Global Business Travel's HR hub, that provides administration, payroll and advisory services to our employees across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end payroll processes with the necessary documentation.    
  • Provide administrative support to market HR teams including new employee contracts, addendum to contracts, certificates of employment/employment verification letters and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle.
  • Start to finish administration of family friendly policies including maternity and paternity leaves.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in advising supervisors regarding local and global policies.
  • Organize and participate in regional new hire onboarding activities, ensuring all new hires receive necessary information and provide all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed.
  • Support on internal and external audits.
  • Provide coverage for other EMEA markets during time off as and when required.
  • Check and review Workday information for benefits administrators to ensure information is updated as required for access to local benefits.
  • Participate in UAT testing for HRIS projects for countries within the EMEA region.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced level of French and English (C1), both spoken and written.
  • A previous experience in an HR environment is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or ADP would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
