What you’ll be doing

Managing integrated campaigns – think ATL, digital, and everything in between.
Collaborating with project teams – expect a bit of chaos at first, but we promise it gets fun.
Keeping projects on time, on budget, and on point – with a little help when needed.
Handling budget management & offer preparation – because numbers matter too.
Keeping clients happy – and occasionally pampering them (they like that).

What we’re looking for

3-4 years of experience in marketing communications (agency or client-side).
Fluent Hungarian & confident English – you’ll be using both daily, in negotiations and presentations.
Experience with multinational clients – you know how the big players roll.
Self-sufficiency – we’ve got your back, but we need you to own your projects.
Presentation skills – seriously, this is a big one.
Industry awareness – you stay on top of trends and know how to apply them. Bonus points if you casually inspire us with cool case studies.
