Sr. Channel Account Manager - Remote, US

What You Will Be Doing:
We are recruiting for a Senior Channel Account Manager to help drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem reporting to the Director of Channel Sales. In this role, you will support the development and execution of our channel strategy, working closely with resellers, MSPs, and distributors to expand CrashPlan’s market presence. You’ll play a key role in managing partner relationships, enabling partner success, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of CrashPlan’s channel strategy and partner program
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including resellers, MSPs, and distributors
Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to drive revenue and market expansion
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support partner success
Deliver training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell CrashPlan solutions effectively
Track and manage a pipeline of partner-led opportunities using CRM tools
Assist in the development of partner business plans and joint go-to-market strategies
Represent CrashPlan at partner events, trade shows, and industry forums
Provide regular reporting on partner performance and channel KPIs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related discipline
7+ years of related channel sales or partner management, preferably in a SaaS environment
3+ years of experience managing a team
Ability to travel frequently as the business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $210,000 - 240,000, which includes base pay and variable pay at a 70/30 split. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
