Job Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Provider Recruitment Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals across our nationwide clinic network. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologists, and ancillary medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Source and recruit physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and allied health professionals through job boards, databases, and direct outreach. 
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, licensure, and interest in IMA opportunities. 
  • Manage job postings and advertising strategies across targeted platforms, negotiating rates as needed. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Collaborate with credentialing and HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new providers. 
  • Maintain organized recruitment documentation, templates, and internal records to support operational efficiency. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience, preferably in clinical roles. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience with online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
