The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

A motivated and experienced Data Insight Functional Lead for Workforce Intelligence; this role will be responsible for leading data-driven insights and analytics initiatives that support workforce planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard development, and requirements gathering to support our business units: Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities | Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Lead the analysis of workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support workforce planning and strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements for dashboards and reports.
  • Work closely with Technical Implementation team and other functional teams (Workday, Snowflake, etc)  to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions.

Dashboard Development

  • Ensure the Design, development, and deployment of  interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Qlik and PowerBI meets the mark of the customer.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing dashboards to meet changing business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to understand their workforce challenges and provide data-driven insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support in customer training on new dashboards and features. 

Data Governance

  • Ensure data governance and compliance with RTX Corporation's data policies and standards.
  • Implement best practices for data management, including data quality, security, and privacy.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers, while they are not direct reports you will need to influence best practices and development standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 8 years of experience.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
