Job description

Our client is seeking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Payables Process to join a well-established multinational’s regional support centre. This role is part of a high-performing finance operations team and focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payables support for multiple business entities across the region.

Location: Selangor 
Salary: RM6000

Key responsibility
  • Oversee full-cycle payables activities including invoice validation, PO matching, and payment execution

  • Ensure accurate processing of employee claims and vendor settlements in compliance with internal controls

  • Perform ledger and GRIR reconciliations and assist in issue resolution across markets

  • Respond to internal and external stakeholders on invoice/payment queries

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team



Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally within a shared services setup

  • Proficient in SAP and Excel

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with regional teams
