Your Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a client portfolio, nurture and expand existing relationships, and drive new business through consultative sales strategies. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and most importantly, you’ll play a key role in helping healthcare organizations meet critical staffing needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Grow and manage relationships with current clients to increase job orders and revenue
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Build credibility with stakeholders at all levels — from talent acquisition to senior leadership
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition
Partner with recruitment and credentialing teams to ensure timely placements and smooth onboarding
Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate client records
Lead and deliver quarterly business reviews for core client accounts
Ensure accurate client setup, billing, and timely payment of invoices
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or a related field
Proven success in hitting sales or performance targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships and establish trust with clients and colleagues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
