Your Role: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a client portfolio, nurture and expand existing relationships, and drive new business through consultative sales strategies. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and most importantly, you’ll play a key role in helping healthcare organizations meet critical staffing needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Grow and manage relationships with current clients to increase job orders and revenue

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Build credibility with stakeholders at all levels — from talent acquisition to senior leadership

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition

  • Partner with recruitment and credentialing teams to ensure timely placements and smooth onboarding

  • Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate client records

  • Lead and deliver quarterly business reviews for core client accounts

  • Ensure accurate client setup, billing, and timely payment of invoices

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or a related field

  • Proven success in hitting sales or performance targets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build lasting relationships and establish trust with clients and colleagues

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
