Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the staffing agency to drive business growth and develop long-lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching staffing solutions, and closing deals that help organizations solve their talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across a variety of industries.
Present customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in a staffing or recruitment agency setting.
Strong understanding of staffing business models and sales cycles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational abilities.
