Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the staffing agency to drive business growth and develop long-lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching staffing solutions, and closing deals that help organizations solve their talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across a variety of industries.
  • Present customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
