We're looking for a Field Service Manager to guide our Field Service Technicians on the West Coast. This role offers an excellent benefits package, promotes a healthy work-life balance, and provides clear paths for your professional growth as we continue to expand! 


Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (PST)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and establishes annual performance goals and key performance indicators for the Field Service Group. 
  • Provides guidance and motivation to service technicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our business partners and customers within specified timeframes. 
  • Assists Field Service Technicians and authorized subcontractors in resolving service issues promptly and courteously to achieve customer satisfaction.   
  • Investigates and addresses customer complaints related to the activities of the Field Service Group. 
  • Identifies problems found in the field and employs problem solving techniques to determine the root cause. 
  • Offers constructive feedback, creates individualized development plans, and enhances departmental efficiency by improving employee performance. 
  • Works closely with Engineering, Production, and ISO Compliance departments to achieve shared goals.  
  • Oversees, develops, and holds accountable service technicians to ensure the timely and effective resolution of field issues 
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 
  • Associate’s degree in business or technical field preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Field Service teams and operations is required. 
  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of refrigeration (systems, operation and performance). 
  • Basic electrical and controls background (wiring, schematics, power requirements, control logic, programming) preferred.  
  • Experience managing multiple regions and states preferred. 
  • Travel up to 50% is required.
