systems transformation to streamline operations and fuel rapid

Job Summary:
As part of this transformation, we’re building a custom operations
platform and mobile app—and we’re looking for the right person to step
in immediately to lead our IT development efforts, manage internal
systems support, and bring hands-on expertise with the Zoho platform
(including CRM, Creator, Books, and other Zoho One
applications).
The IT Manager/Zoho Development Specialist will serve as DRIG’s
internal IT lead, ensuring that our Zoho-based systems and
custom-built platform function smoothly, securely, and in alignment
with our business processes.
You’ll act as the bridge between DRIG leadership, our third-party
developers, and end users—providing technical support, improving
workflows, and helping shape the systems that drive our company
forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Zoho One applications (CRM,
Creator, Books, Projects, etc.).
Act as internal lead on custom system and mobile app
development—communicating with third-party developers.
Build and optimize custom
workflows, automations, and dashboards in Zoho.
Administer user roles, security
settings, and integrations across platforms.
Provide internal tech support
(software, email, user access, hardware setup, etc.).
Translate business needs into
system requirements and workflows.
Maintain system documentation, backups, and data
security best practices.
Troubleshoot issues across systems and coordinate solutions
with vendors.
Ensure
seamless onboarding of users into new systems or processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in IT systems management
or technical project coordination.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One tools
(CRM, Creator, Books, Projects).
Strong understanding of business process automation
and workflow design.
Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping between
systems.
Ability to
collaborate with developers, vendors, and non-technical
staff.
Excellent
communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Comfortable in a fast-moving,
project-driven environment.
Experience managing custom software/app development is a
strong plus.
Deluge
scripting, database familiarity, or mobile app testing
experience is a bonus.
