Job Description

As the Business Operations Intern at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in supporting our core business functions through process optimization, systems coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with our Senior Leadership Team + C-Suite. Our primary goal for this internship is to equip you with the skills, experience, and business knowledge needed to eventually start and run your own successful venture. It is designed to serve as a launchpad, offering hands-on training, leadership development, and real-world insight into building and operating a business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support day-to-day operational functions, including calendar scheduling, project updates, and internal task tracking for our Senior Leadership Team (SLT)..
  • Assist in maintaining and improving CRM records and pipeline activities (HubSpot).
  • Utilize business tools such as ClickUp, TrakTik, and Miro to track workflows, compile updates, and support cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Draft internal and external communications, summaries, and reports to support executive visibility.
  • Conduct research and data entry to support service planning, site assessments, and executive presentations.
  • Help align and integrate systems across departments (CRM, task management, documentation).
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to prepare client service proposals and transition materials.
  • Organize and update digital documents including SOPs, workflows, and status logs.
  • Participate in operations meetings and provide follow-up on tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefings and project timelines for cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and project tools such as ClickUp, Miro, and TrakTik are preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional tone.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and proactively take on new challenges.
  • Capacity to maintain discretion with confidential information.
