Analyse unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organisation making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data; gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities.
Make compelling recommendations; develop a tactical plan to execute and translate them into results.
Assist leadership team with business planning and product roadmap.
Lead initiatives to optimise the efforts of function owners - on strategic alignment, being analytical driven and day-to-day operational matters if needed.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects that are of strategic importance and highest priority for the leadership team.
Act as a link between co-founders and function owners; build consensus amongst different stakeholders.
Evaluate and track key performance indicators; set a culture of being data-driven across the organisation.
Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.
Ensuring that all growth strategies and initiatives prioritize delivering value to customers and enhancing their experience.
Desired experience:
Location : This role requires the candidate to be based in Mumbai or should be open to relocate to Mumbai
At least 6+ years of relevant experience at management consulting firms or investment banks; or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain.
Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills a solid business sense.
Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data.
Be able to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Background and experience in technology is highly preferred.
Experience in SaaS and enterprise software is a plus.
An MBA from a class A institution and an IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus.
