Join our vibrant team in Singapore as a Regional HR Manager - Taiwan & Southeast Asia (f/m/x) and be part of something extraordinary!
Your contribution:
- You proactively collaborate with the management in TW & South-East Asia to identify strategic issues, workforce planning or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to help develop creative solutions
- You practice effective relationship management to elevate working relationships with internal groups, including managers, senior leaders and employees
- You develop, lead and implement HR-related projects together with the HQ in Switzerland and participate as a team member on special projects as needed
- You foster a continuous improvement mindset and continually look for opportunities to increase the return on investment of human resources programs for employees and leaders
- You act as a trusted advisor to management, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
- You are champion a continuous improvement mindset and seek ways to maximize HR’s impact within the business.
- You report directly to President, Asia
- You provide comprehensive HR generalist support

You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- You are fluent in English and Chinese
- You have proven experience in a regional HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry
- You have excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- You have strong project management and execution capabilities
- You are able to think strategically and challenge the status quo constructively
- You are Team player & subject matter expert
- Travelling in the region might be required when necessary
