We’re currently looking for a Junior HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team — particularly in recruitment and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires

  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities

  • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks


What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and JazzHR is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
