About the role

You’ll contribute to having a high-quality candidate experience by offering day-to-day support in candidate communication and coordinating recruitment processes with colleagues in HR and recruiting leaders, both locally and Nordic.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, search, reference calls and other tasks related to recruitment. You will also have a role in our employer branding actions by for example booking and attending student events. 

We appreciate the insight and ideas you can bring us, but your responsibility will also be to work with our routine related tasks.

About the team 

The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you might also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams and recruiting leaders. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. 

Who are you? 

You have an ambition to learn more in the area of recruitment and employer branding. Your inner drive is strong, you have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. You are structured and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. It is easy for you to create internal and external relations. 

You also have: 
  • Started a bachelor’s or master’s degree, it is an advantage if you are in the beginning of your studies 

  • Some work experience within e.g., HR, recruitment, communication or coordination is beneficial 

  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written 

  • Experience working in different systems is beneficial 

Additional facts and the recruitment process:

Process: For a fair recruitment process, we are using tests as the first step to assess potential and match with the position. Relevant candidates will get a call and potentially be invited to an interview.

Work location: Vækerø, with the flexibility to work from home. 
 

Start: 01.10.2025 or by agreement
 

Schedule: 16-20 hours a week. You get the opportunity to distribute the hours over the week between Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, in dialogue with the business. 

We do a background check on final candidates. In addition to references, candidates can also be checked via the internet and social media, to the extent it is allowed by local legislation.
