JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner II leads recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles across broader scopes, functions, or geographies. This role identifies sourcing risks, crafts proactive strategies, and shares best practices with peers. Partners at this level play a key role in recruiter enablement, hiring manager engagement, and workflow discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruiting activity for high-complexity or cross-functional roles
  • Identify sourcing challenges and propose creative, data-informed solutions
  • Coach new recruiters and share operational best practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to strengthen alignment and market insights
  • Reinforce documentation accuracy and compliance in Workday
  • Build recruiting cadence around talent market trends and insights

SUCCESS MARKERS

  • Anticipates sourcing challenges and proactively adjusts strategy
  • Influences recruiting success across teams through coaching and feedback
  • Consistently delivers on quality-of-hire and time-to-fill benchmarks
  • Supports peer learning by sharing best practices and coaching newer team members

QUALIFICATIONS
