Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to manage our benefit offering and ensure the effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes. You will analyse complex data and provide clearly articulated insights that drive better decisions on rewarding people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders (finance, HR partners, procurement); continually review and improve benefit offerings.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of reward projects, programs, and policies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Analyse HR and reward data, prepare reports and dashboards, support cost-modelling for reward projects, and provide compensation reports as needed.

  • Maintain and update reward communication materials (incl. benefits and wellbeing), ensure compliance with regulations and governance, and lead communication of reward activities.

  • Manage HR system updates, respond to employee and stakeholder reward-related queries, and resolve complex benefits issues with vendors.

  • Review individual reward packages for non-leadership joiners/promotions and present clear, data-backed proposals to senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct internal and external salary benchmarking using relevant sources; perform market-wide analysis to assess affordability and impact of reward changes.

  • Effectively engage employees in reward activities and ensure they understand the benefits and reward plans available to them.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Reward and/or benefits specific experience at a medium to large size organisation.

  • Familiar with salary surveys and job evaluation methods.

  • Knowledge and experience of HRIS systems (Workday) and/or benefits platforms (Darwin).

  • Robust MS Excel & PowerPoint skills (e.g. look ups, pivot tables, if functions) with experience of presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships internally and externally (e.g. supplier management).

  • Project Management skills and the ability to work as part of a wider team and manage multiple stakeholders.
