Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2.5 years in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain client relationships. 
  • Proven ability to analyze client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize account profitability. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with client goals.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining trust. 
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders on account performance and project status.
  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client markets to anticipate needs and position offerings effectively.
