What You’ll Do

As a Jr. Sales Account Manager, you will be on the front lines of our growth—developing relationships with potential clients, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with our delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the tech space

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Conduct client presentations and product/service demos

  • Collaborate with recruitment and technical teams to align delivery with client expectations

  • Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs

 
 What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in staffing, SaaS, or tech services

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing client accounts or B2B relationships

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • A growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
