About the role

At Wellways, lived experience is central to everything we do. As the Lived Experience Strategy and Organisational Design Advisor (Family), you will advise on the perspectives of family, carer and kin across our organisational strategies, service models and policies.

This role sits within the Lived Experience Leadership Team, working closely with the Strategy and Organisational Design stream to:

  • Provide expert advice grounded in lived experience
  • Influence service and system design to ensure family perspectives are truly embedded
  • Lead the implementation of Wellways’ Lived Experience Strategy across the organisation
  • Inform tender development and program design
  • Collaborate on tender development, research, evaluation and employee practice guidance

You will also work directly with operational services to ensure they reflect and respond to the needs and wisdom of families, carers and kin. You will provide support to deliver Lived and Living Experience Authority (LLEA) priorities or projects.

Please note, this is a full-time role but hours maybe negotiable for the right candidate.

  • Lived expertise in organisational and system change.

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence and the ability to undertake regular travel
