Job description

  • Key responsibilities include assisting in auditing, developing, and documenting standard operating procedures, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include executing strategy to improve understanding of the Associate experience to drive improvements within Knowledge and expanding SME knowledge through engagement in support activities (e.g., taking calls, training participation, focus groups).
  • The Associate CCCS Information Designer must have excellent business writing skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various business partners, 1 year of experience in process design, process improvement, operations, communications, or efficiency improvement roles.
  • Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information; openly shares information and knowledge with coworkers and customers; seeks performance feedback; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines; builds an understanding of procedures, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborates with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems; understands priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; identifies and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities when possible

Pay Range: $51,200.00 - $85,500.00 annually
