Kyriba is seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist with strong project management experience and deep expertise across multiple Workday modules. This fully remote position will support global teams from within the US.

As an HRIS Specialist at Kyriba, you will play a key role in managing projects, maintaining system integrity, and supporting new functionalities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our HR systems and processes. Experience with Workday Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or Cloud Connect for Payroll is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday system in alignment with business needs, HR best practices, and evolving organizational requirements.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations and enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Design, test, and implement new features, upgrades and HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integrations.

  • Lead and support HRIS projects across multiple Workday modules, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues and guide end-users on maximizing system functionality.

  • Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions.

  • Generate complex standard and ad-hoc reports, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Workday HRIS analyst or specialist role, with a strong focus on system configuration, support, and project execution.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules such as Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Cloud Connect for Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Help, and Studio.

  • Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.

  • Skilled in managing system enhancements and integrations in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS reporting.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and management at all levels.

Base compensation for this role is: $86,900.00 - $119,600.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
