- Identify and qualify opportunities within your assigned market.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing, and onboarding support.
- Design entry strategies for key accounts in your market, maximizing conversion and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Tailor the sales pitch to each client's business model, operational structure, and level of digital maturity.
Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in nightlife businesses within your market.
- Accurately document all commercial interactions in the CRM.
- Represent Fourvenues at industry events or meetings within your territory.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
Pipeline Management and Internal Tools
- Keep the CRM up to date with next steps, probability, and realistic forecasting.
- Actively participate in trainings, team meetings, and pipeline reviews.
- Properly use internal tools such as HubSpot, Intranet, Calendar, etc.
- Stay informed about the latest product updates and be able to communicate them to clients when needed.
- Work with structure, follow-up, and a strong focus on results.
