Job description

The Job

This role is a combination of Data Management Officer and Key User (both around 50% of the time).
As a Data Management Officer your day-to-day work is creating new items, validating data, collecting data from stakeholders and processing incoming emails. Next to that you will support in tasks related to decentralize data maintenance. As a Key User you own the E2E process of article creation and support as gatekeeper for customer master data.

Your Mission

Data Management Officer:

  • With an eye for detail, you check data and ensure it meets the company requirements;
  • You are responsible to collect certain data required for our operational processes;
  • You validate item creation requests, modify data and investigate data issues;
  • With a great accuracy you create new items and process special requests;
  • You take the responsibility for solving data issues keeping; in mind and assuring; the data quality is protected;
  • When needed you will support our strategy of decentralizing; data maintenance;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Key User:

  • You will be the single point of contact to help the Data Management team and other departments colleagues for questions and issues regarding; article master data;
  • You are the main contact for BPO & the delivery team for business requirements & acceptance criteria;
  • You are responsible for logging issues in DEVOPS and work together with SAP support team;
  • Together with the BPO you are responsible for the creation & documentation of business requirements & acceptance criteria;
  • You are accountable for the UAT execution & documentation of the result;
  • You are reviewer of the specifications prior to the start of the solution development;
  • You collaborate with stakeholders;
  • You are responsible for a cross application process;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • +2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • English on proficiency level;
  • Eye for detail, organized, analytical.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
