You are ready, if you have…

fluent knowledge of Romanian and English languages (Polish as an advantage)
previous experience in customer services or customer care teams
excellent communication skills
fast technical comprehension
a high level of organizational skills, pro-activity and reliability
very good computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite Products, Internet)
