Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Conflict Minerals (CM) process, including data collection and documentation management.
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests and surveys related to Littelfuse products.
  • Perform supplier due diligence and validate supplier-submitted CM declarations.
  • Maintain and monitor CM documentation, manage smelter files, and support review of CMRT collection.

Conflict Minerals Analyst

The Conflict Minerals  (CM) Analyst will have the overall responsibility of supporting CM process including data collection & coordination of CM documentation & facilitating CM compliance for all Littelfuse products.

About the job:

  • Respond to and complete all internal and external customer requests and surveys pertaining to Littelfuse products

  • Perform supplier due diligence in a timely manner

  • Review & validate supplier supplier-submitted CM declarations

  • Maintain CM documentation monitoring to ensure efficient tracking of supplier-provided information

  • Generate CM declaration 

  • Manage smelter files & Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) updates to be recorded & communicated to the team

  • Support in the review of the CMRT collection of the third-party partner

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, or science
  • 2+ years of work experience in handling customer inquiries and supplier data collection for Conflict Minerals information or related areas
  • Self-starter, fast learner
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications and Visual Basic is an advantage
  • With experience dealing with suppliers for data collection
  • Familiarity to Responsible Minerals Initiave (RMI), Conflict Minerals – CMRT, EMRT
