Job description : 

·         Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of existing clients using the Arkhn Data Platform (EDS), including 15 hospitals, of which 11 are university hospitals (covering more than 20 million patients).

·         Define the commercial strategy and the go-to-market strategy for Arkhn Assistant, the AI copilot for healthcare professionals currently being deployed in 6 hospitals.

·         Identify and qualify new opportunities through targeted and intelligent prospecting.

·         Lead end-to-end sales cycles (needs qualification, response to RFPs, proposal of support plans, post-sales follow-up, etc.)

·         Work hand-in-hand with the leadership team on field feedback and product roadmap.

·         Manage a Senior Account Executive – as well as recruit future members of the team.

 

Profile required :

 

·         Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a tech company, during which you have handled the entire sales cycle across multiple clients with precise CRM tracking.

·         You are familiar with the healthcare sector and capable of understanding and anticipating multi-level decision-making processes in the hospital environment.

·         You have already contributed to the structuring or steering of a commercial strategy and can demonstrate your ability to prepare a product launch.

·         You enjoy both prospecting and developing existing accounts.

·         Experience in the healthcare sector required.

 

Compensation for the position, including base + variable, will be discussed and will reflect the level of experience.
