Investor Relations Manager

What you can expect

In this role, you’ll drive key investor communications, from earnings materials to analyst insights. You'll report to the Head of IR and work with the CFO and Head of IR to analyze market trends and shape Zoom’s financial narrative.

About the Team

Our small, high-impact IR team collaborates across Zoom and with senior leadership. With direct exposure to executives, you’ll be part of a strategic group that blends finance, storytelling, and market insight to guide investor perception.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quarterly earnings call materials and logistics, including presentations, Q&A, financials, reporting, press releases, remarks, and ad hoc analysis.

• Reviewing sell-side analyst notes to create executive summaries and analyze financial models for assumption accuracy; track consensus estimates across multiple business and financial metrics.

• Preparing comparative peer analyses and track investor base, key financial metrics, and public disclosures for senior management and the Board of Directors.

• Performing valuation analysis on Zoom’s stock, peer groups, and the broader market to develop insights on overall and relative performance.

• Supporting Head of IR and CFO at conferences and coordinate events with materials, intelligence, and meeting tracking.

• Partnering with finance, collaborate with third-party providers, and support ad-hoc and long-range projects like Sustainability reporting and IR site enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Hold a B.S. or above degree in Business/Finance/Econ.

• Have excellent analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills.

• Have exceptional writing skills. Experience with press releases, executive scripts, marketing collateral and/or financial documents is ideal.

• Have proven ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and engage with senior leadership.

• Have robust public speaking and presentation skills

• Hold an MBA or CFA is ideal

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
