Drive Financial Performance: Deliver actionable performance metrics and value-added analysis to support divisional goals. Identify profitability opportunities through P&L trend analysis and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and results.
Lead Financial Planning & Controls: Own the annual financial planning process, manage monthly close and variance reviews, and ensure fiscal responsibility for divisional outcomes. Maintain rigorous financial controls, protecting assets and supporting audit and inventory processes.
Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted financial advisor, influencing data-driven operational and financial decisions.
Enhance Analytics & Reporting: Build and lead best-in-class analytics, including KPI dashboards and exception-based reporting, to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Promote Financial Discipline & Accountability: Expand financial best practices across the organization and hold regional teams accountable for results. Oversee bonus program evaluations, underperforming store analysis, and cost resolution efforts.
Cross-Functional Influence & Development: Work closely with HQ Finance and other cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide projects. Provide leadership to indirect reports while continuing personal and professional growth
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a MBA preferred
5 years of finance and operating leadership experience
Extensive experience in operational finance and profitability/productivity analysis
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills. Power BI modeling is a plus
Strong working knowledge of retail is a plus
