Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Northeast Division Operations Finance team.

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic financial support, operational insights, and performance analysis for Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO). Reporting to the Division Finance Manager, the Division Finance Leader will work closely with Region and Area Managers across four regions, serving as a co-owner of the P&L. The position oversees budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring strong financial control and alignment with organizational goals.

*** This role can be fully REMOTE located in any of the Northeast states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania. ***

*** This role can also be located in Nashville, TN, on a HYBRID schedule in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Bridgestone HQ. ***

Pay Range: $101,000.00 - $168,000.00Pay Range: $101,000.00 - $168,000.00

Responsibilities
  • Drive Financial Performance: Deliver actionable performance metrics and value-added analysis to support divisional goals. Identify profitability opportunities through P&L trend analysis and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and results.

  • Lead Financial Planning & Controls: Own the annual financial planning process, manage monthly close and variance reviews, and ensure fiscal responsibility for divisional outcomes. Maintain rigorous financial controls, protecting assets and supporting audit and inventory processes.

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted financial advisor, influencing data-driven operational and financial decisions.

  • Enhance Analytics & Reporting: Build and lead best-in-class analytics, including KPI dashboards and exception-based reporting, to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Promote Financial Discipline & Accountability: Expand financial best practices across the organization and hold regional teams accountable for results. Oversee bonus program evaluations, underperforming store analysis, and cost resolution efforts.

  • Cross-Functional Influence & Development: Work closely with HQ Finance and other cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide projects. Provide leadership to indirect reports while continuing personal and professional growth

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a MBA preferred

  • 5 years of finance and operating leadership experience

  • Extensive experience in operational finance and profitability/productivity analysis

  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills. Power BI modeling is a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of retail is a plus
