The Physician Sales Representative will be responsible for educating consumers on medical billing services while meeting quarterly sales goals. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Precision Medical Billing Inc. follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the Houston office as needed, based on demands of specific tasks. At times, employees will be required to leave home to do work, which entails reporting to the Houston office, designated locations for mandatory company meetings, events, and or to meet with a client. Up to 20% travel is required. This position is a salaried position plus commissions. Weekends may be required. Knowledge of the medical and billing services industry is preferred.

· Sell medical billing / revenue cycle management services to the physician practices, surgery centers, and outpatient medical/ therapy clinics, nurse practitioners
· Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily in person or via virtual meeting
· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
· Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
· Bring a book of business or qualified leads to the position
· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
· Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
· Meet prospecting and sales goals as outlined upon hire (Goals are subject to change.)
· Work within the CRM and other business development tools provided by the company
· Develop sales pipeline, qualify sales opportunities, and improve existing accounts’ growth, while achieving sales targets
· Managing and providing market updates and business forecasts
· Adhering to compliance requirements related to sales, business development, and marketing

Education/Experience:
3 – 4 years’ experience in selling physician billing services and business development
Language Ability:
Read, analyze and interpret business and professional documents. Write reports and business correspondence. Effectively present information and respond to questions.
Mathematical Ability:
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM tools such as ZOHO is a plus
The employee must have regularly scheduled and approved work hours.
· The employee must be fully accessible during core hours of 8am-5pm CST.
· The employee must respond to emails, phone calls or texts within 1-2 hours.
· The employee must keep personal telephone calls to a minimum, and only be made or received after work time, or during lunch or break time.
