Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing space
Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, networking, and references
Build long-term client relationships and ensure account retention
Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Staffing/Recruitment (preferably Non-IT)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of staffing services and hiring models
Self-driven and able to work independently
Must be based in Mumbai and open to work-from-home setup
