Business Development Professional / Client Acquisition (Non-IT Staffing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business expansion in the Non-IT Staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition (Non-IT Staffing)
Company: 2COMS Group
Location: Mumbai (Work From Home)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month + Incentives + PF + Medical + Allowances
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing space

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, networking, and references

  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure account retention

  • Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill client requirements

  • Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets





Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Staffing/Recruitment (preferably Non-IT)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of staffing services and hiring models

  • Self-driven and able to work independently

  • Must be based in Mumbai and open to work-from-home setup

  • Strong experience in business development and client acquisition within the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of success.
