Job description

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment efforts across our Commercial Sales organization in Latin America. In this fast-paced role, you'll partner with HR and business leaders to rapidly identify, attract, and hire top-tier sales talent that drives growth. Your mission: deliver seamless hiring experiences at scale, build strong pipelines, and fuel the future of our commercial success.

Responsibilities

Sales-Centric Talent Strategy

  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial HR leaders to design recruiting strategies tailored for high-volume, competitive markets.
  • Anticipate talent needs by partnering closely with sales leadership to align on evolving business demands.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes to reduce time-to-fill and increase hire quality at scale.
  • Leverage sourcing tools and digital platforms to build robust pipelines of sales professionals.
  • Champion innovative outreach efforts, including virtual and in-person hiring events, sourcing sprints, and campaigns.
     

Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and candidate quality.
  • Rapidly screen, assess, and present high-potential candidates to hiring managers.
  • Operate effectively across geographies and time zones using digital tools like MS Teams and interview platforms.
  • Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and exceptional service delivery to hiring teams.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and coach for hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends and hiring best practices.

 
Data-Driven Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Maintain full compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Provide real-time reporting and progress updates to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Use analytics to identify hiring bottlenecks and develop action plans to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Experience:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in recruitment, with substantial experience hiring for commercial/sales roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Experience supporting Latin American regions and navigating multilingual/multinational settings.
  • Track record of meeting aggressive recruiting targets under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in sourcing technologies and platforms (e.g., Workday, HireVue).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and reporting.

Language & Core Skills

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions.
  • Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to thrive in rapid-change environments.
  • Customer-obsessed with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
