In this role, you will:
  • Actively searching for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels
  • Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline
  • Conducting online pre-screens and interviews by competence
  • Coordinating with hiring managers
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, and keep in touch with potential candidates
  • Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation
  • Execute various market analysis reviews
  • Keep track of ATS filling quality

Skills and experience you will need: 
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (or in a similar role), ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience — from proactive sourcing to closing.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); able to keep pipelines organized and processes transparent.
  • Skilled in offer negotiations
  • Data-driven approach — tracks and improves key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness).
  • Confident user of recruitment tools, including CRM systems and sourcing automation platforms.

Will be a plus:
  • Experience in sourcing candidates beyond the local market
  • Familiarity with basic compliance and hiring regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor law specifics in target markets).
  • Working knowledge of  Excel functions
